The Simple Version

Be cool. Use this app to study for your PMP exam. Don't abuse it. We're not responsible if you fail the exam (but we hope you pass!). Don't share your account. That's basically it.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using PMP Mastery, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the app. Simple as that.

2. What This App Is

PMP Mastery is a study tool to help you prepare for the Project Management Professional (PMP) exam. It provides practice questions, flashcards, exam simulation, and progress tracking.

This app is for educational purposes only. It's a study aid, not an official PMI product.

3. No Guarantees

Using this app does NOT guarantee you will pass the PMP exam.

We provide quality study materials and practice questions, but your success depends on your own effort, knowledge, and preparation. The actual PMP exam is administered by PMI, and we have no control over exam content or scoring.

4. Not Affiliated with PMI

PMP Mastery is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Project Management Institute (PMI). PMP® and PMBOK® are registered trademarks of PMI. We're just a study app that helps people prepare for their exam.

5. Your Account

• You're responsible for keeping your account secure
• Don't share your login credentials with others
• One account = one person (no account sharing)
• You must provide accurate information when signing up
• You must be at least 13 years old to use this app

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Copy, redistribute, or sell the study materials
• Use the app for anything illegal or unethical
• Attempt to hack, break, or compromise the app
• Share exam questions or materials outside the app
• Create multiple accounts to abuse the system
• Use automated tools (bots) to interact with the app
• Harass or abuse other users (if we add community features)

7. Content License

All study materials, questions, flashcards, and content in this app are for personal, non-commercial use only. You can't copy, distribute, sell, or republish our content. Study with it, but don't steal it.

8. Free Service

This app is currently free to use. We reserve the right to introduce paid features or subscriptions in the future, but we'll give you notice before charging for anything.

9. Account Termination

We can terminate or suspend your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Abuse or misuse the app
• Engage in illegal activity

You can also delete your account anytime (feature coming soon).

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

This app is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.

We do our best to keep the app running smoothly and provide accurate content, but:

• We don't guarantee the app will be error-free or always available
• We don't guarantee all content is 100% accurate (though we try!)
• We're not responsible for technical issues, downtime, or data loss

11. Limitation of Liability

We're not liable for any damages resulting from your use (or inability to use) this app.

This includes:

• Failing the PMP exam
• Lost study time or progress
• Technical issues or data loss
• Any indirect or consequential damages

12. Changes to Terms

We can update these Terms of Service at any time. We'll update the date at the top and notify you of significant changes. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with US law.
